Ojea does not interact with the watched account: no like, no follow, no message. Nothing is published, and your searches are not shared with anyone. Instagram does not get a notification from you through Ojea.
No. Ojea only follows information already visible on a public profile. We never ask for your Instagram credentials, we do not bypass any restriction, and a private account is simply refused at analysis.
No. Ojea never asks for your password or theirs. A public @ is enough.
The first reading is the baseline: it photographs the profile at that moment, without reconstructing the past. The first useful comparison arrives on the next reading, about six hours later. It is not “everything, right now”.
No, Instagram does not publish it. Ojea compares two readings and shows the real window during which the change happened, for example “detected between 12:02 and 18:03”.
That is information too. You get a “nothing to report” report with the number of checks run and zero events detected.
You have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, under consumer law. If you ask for tracking to start immediately, you agree to begin the service before that period ends: the refund is then prorated for the service already provided. This rule is the same on the landing page, at checkout, in the terms of sale and with support.
