Refunds

You have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, under consumer law. If you ask for tracking to start immediately, you agree to begin the service before that period ends: the refund is then prorated for the service already provided. This rule is the same on the landing page, at checkout, in the terms of sale and with support.

Write to support@ojea.eu from the account email, or use the Subscription page in your workspace. No reason is required to exercise the legal withdrawal right during the period.

Cancellation

The subscription is cancelled from /app/abonnement via the Stripe portal. Access remains until the end of the period already paid.
